Paula Hill
President
Ms. Hill received a B.S. Degree in Math with a concentration in Science Education from the University of Houston. 27 years in the green industry. State of Texas Licensed Irrigator #4997. Texas Department of Agriculture Commercial Pesticide Applicator License #0444396 Member of International Society of Arboriculture #195675, Texas Nursery & Landscape Association, The Associated General Contractors of America #200349867, Texas Turf Grass Association and a member of PLANET Professional Landcare Network. Awarded 10 years in a row Top 50 Woman-Owned Business and published in two books, "Texas Women" and "HOUSTON A Chronicle of the Bayou City".
Alicia Gomez
Office Administrator
Handles many office responsibilities including but not limited to customer service and communication. She has been in the irrigation, drainage and landscape maintenance business for 5 years and involved in various construction projects for 10 years.

A professional grounds maintenance manager in the GREEN industry specializing in large commercial and industrial facilities. 19 years of Landscape Construction experience and a Hou-Scape team member since 1997.

Licensed Irrigator #LI9363. A GREEN industry professional and supervisor of 10 crews. A.S. New Mexico Highlands University. Hou-Scape team member since 2000.
Michael McMahon

Experienced in mowing operations and management. 10 years experience on large equipment in the GREEN industry and a Hou-Scape team member since 2001.
Oz Mendoza
Irrigation Superintendent
Licensed Irrigator with 15 years of irrigation and drainage experience. Eight years as a foreman and the last five years as a superintendent. A Hou-Scape team member since 1998.
Rogelio Garcia
Senior Project Manager
Valued Hou-Scape team member since 1988. Hou-Scape team member with the oldest tenure. Rogelio is the senior project manager overseeing commercial landscape planting for commercial construction, specialty maintenance for commercial properties such as Sysco and Energy Corridor. In charge of all seasonal planting and chemical spraying. Oversees employment of the Hou-Scape labor force.

Received a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Texas Tech University. Over 30 years of experience in the GREEN Industry. Ed was a Hou-Scape team member since 1996.He passed on February 13, 2013. Ed was a valued friend and co-worker. He leaves behind a host of friends and a sister in Waco, Ingrid Olson. He is missed every day. Fish on my friend. Rest in Peace. |
